When owners fail to clean their properties, the City intervenes via an authorized contractor to restore compliance, protecting neighborhood safety and property values. We are seeking reliable partners who own commercial- grade equipment, maintain adequate liability insurance, and can respond rapidly when a Work Order is issued. Submission Instructions: To be considered for selection as a primary or secondary vendor, you must complete and return the attached Quote Sheet (available from the City) - along with a copy of your current Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing commercial liability coverage.
