Description: The parkersburg and wood county library is renovating an existing building for a new branch library in the city of Williamstown. The new library will be in a portion of the former Williamstown Elementary School located at 418 williams avenue in Williamstown, WV. The new library space will consist of a programming room, digital resources, two break-out rooms, children's and adult collections, along with employee support spaces.
