Description: The County seeks qualified providers to deliver community-based Behavioral Health Services and Supports funded through the Behavioral Health Services Act and aligned with local behavioral-health priorities. The contractor will be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment necessary for the well-being and comfort of agency staff, residents, and visitors. The contractor will install new units or replace parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines included in the scope of work. The contractor will perform these tasks at a level that supports the HPHA’s efforts to achieve the highest rating on HUD’s evaluation systems.
