Pump Station R Rehabilitation

Description: The City of Key West is seeking bids from qualified contractors to rehabilitate sewage Pump Station “R,” a wastewater lift station with a submersible wet well, valve vault, and flowmeter vault. The work includes providing labor, materials, and equipment; replacing pumps and associated mechanical and electrical systems; and completing demolition, concrete work, piping, valves, and control instrumentation. The completed station must be operational and include record drawings, surveys, and related documentation; a 5% bid bond is required.
