Rebuilding in place of one existing water-cooled chiller. The existing compressor motor shall be rebuilt per the manufacturer's approved process, and all other instrumentation and parts are to be recalibrated to the manufacturer's specifications. Alternate one is for replacement of the condenser and primary pumps serving the chiller. Alternate two is for a new two-year service agreement.
