Description: This is a consultant-services procurement, not a grant, for project-development work supporting bridge rehabilitation, superstructure replacement, HMA preventative maintenance, and small-structure and drain work on I-69 from SR 37 to SR 13 in Hamilton and Madison counties. The consultant will provide environmental documentation and permits, public involvement, surveying, road and bridge design, utility coordination, hydraulic analysis and design, right-of-way plan development, pavement design, traffic management, and construction-phase services. Wetland mitigation, archaeological and historical/architectural investigations, and subsurface utility engineering may be added if needed; INDOT will perform geotechnical work, right-of-way acquisition, and real-estate closing.
