The State of Rhode Island Division of Purchases is soliciting qualified vendors for MPA 136 FY26 Open Enrollment to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation services statewide, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Vendors must hold required Rhode Island mechanical/refrigeration contractor licenses and meet mandatory MBE/WBE/VBE participation requirements totaling at least 15 percent of the procurement value. Initial proposals are due by April 14, 2026, for a contract commencing May 1, 2026, with the master agreement remaining active through April 2030.
Provide miscellaneous roof repair and installation projects as well as 24-hour emergency service call response on an "as needed, when requested" basis.
