Description: Submission Deadline for New Respondents is March 11th, 2027 by 2:00 PM. The Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) #25-100R1 was completed on June 15th, 2026. As indicated in Section 1.3 - Prequalification Process of the RFSQ, the Centre of Excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (“CEA FRANCOachat”) invite new respondents who did not participate in the last competitive process to qualify in the RFSQ Refresh #2 in order to be eligible to provide moving and storage service, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The Centre d’excellence en Approvisionnements FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: • Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario, 2445, boulevard Saint-Laurent, 3e étage, Ottawa (Ontario) K1G 6C3 Hereinafter, the above-named school board is referred to as "Board" unless otherwise specified. This competitive procurement process seeks to add new suppliers to existing Qualified Supplier Roster to provide services on an as-needed basis within all sectors and schools of the Board for the following categories: • Moving Services • Storage Services Respondent may choose to submit for one or multiple categories.
