GSU - Electronic File Conversion Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide electronic file conversion (document digitization) services. The selected vendor shall provide services including: High-quality scanning and digitization of documents. Assignment of a unique QR code for physical files/document. Linking each QR code to its corresponding employee digital record. Indexing and organizing documents for easy retrieval. Quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness. Delivery of searchable digital files in an agreed format (e.g., PDF with OCR). Training (if applicable) and documentation for system use.
