Emergency Generator Systems Inspection and Maintenance - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Inspect and maintain various emergency generator systems at various facilities operated by the City on a scheduled basis. Inspections and preventative/predictive maintenance shall comply with the applicable Level 1 requirements of NFPA 110, Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems. This will include the need for inspection and preventative/predictive maintenance on a semiannual, annual, biennial, and triennial basis. This will include emergency coverage on a 24-hour, year-round on-call basis. The initial term of this Contract shall be effective for the period of five (5) years from the date of execution.
