Description: This modification will enable SpaceX to continue its support of a satellite processing and integration facility to accommodate up to 21 satellites and associated dispenser hardware for the SDA. This facility will support post-transport functional testing as required, satellite mechanical and electrical mates to the dispenser hardware, and integrated payload stack encapsulation.
