Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Mobile Home Replacement Program (Repost)

Description: Boulder County Housing Department is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified contractors to provide mobile home replacement services through the County’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Mobile Home Replacement Program. The work supports replacement of mobile homes damaged by the December 30, 2021 high-wind event and aims to improve housing safety, resilience, and habitability for low- and moderate-income households. The County plans to establish a pool of qualified contractors; the project is funded through HUD’s CDBG-DR program and administered by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs and the County.
