Administrative Consultant, or Civil Engineer Services - (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provide administrative consultant, or civil engineer services to assist with development application planning help negotiate agreements between the county and developers. The firm will also assist with county rules and regulations development planning. This proposal is to hire an outside firm to aid in the administrative and all aspects of local development. All costs associated with permitting, inspections, drainage and plan review fees by the county's designated engineer of matters relating to the requirements set out within the policy shall be the responsibility of the developer.
