About this conference
Join the IUCX CIS Collaborative, a peer-driven forum that brings utilities and solution partners together to share insights, best practices, and real-world lessons from Customer Information System (CIS) initiatives. Learn from utilities that have planned, implemented, upgraded, or stabilized CIS platforms, including those exploring SaaS-based CIS solutions, and discover the value of collaboration through open, experience-based discussion. Designed for electric, gas, and water utility professionals, the CIS Collaborative is built for teams that are planning a CIS transition, implementing or upgrading a system, stabilizing after go-live, or looking for real-world peer insight, not sales talk. It's a space for candid discussion, peer benchmarking, and practical learning around customer information system change, addressing risk, readiness, governance, and lessons learned.
