The board conducted a review of the 2026 Compensation Study and accepted financial reports, statistics, activity reports, customer comments, and highlight logs for the preceding two-month period. Financial vouchers were authorized for payment. Additionally, the board passed a surplus resolution and completed the election of officers and the confirmation of committee assignments. Communication was received regarding the upcoming resignation of a board member.
