It focuses on establishing a new School of Behavioral Health Sciences to expand educational programs for psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and nurses, and to foster research. The plan aims to grow in phases, adding specialized programs such as forensic psychiatry and substance use disorder treatment, and supporting training through merit-based scholarships.
