Committee of Adjustment Meeting
The committee meeting addressed an application for a minor variance concerning an existing wooden acoustic fence at 306 Main Street East. The developer explained that the structure was built based on outdated plans following a failed negotiation with a neighbor regarding an easement, resulting in setbacks that did not comply with local zoning regulations. The committee reviewed the application, which the Planning Department recommended for approval, noting that the deviation was of a minor nature and consistent with official planning and zoning laws.
